Booth Lake Memorial Park – Pavilion Lottery

• When: February 18, 2026
• Where: Town of Troy, Town Hall, N8870 Briggs St, East Troy
• What Time: Doors open at 6 pm lottery starts at 6:30.
• What do you need: ID showing resident, Deposit for rental, your party date.

How it works: You’ll be given a playing card upon arrival, when the lottery starts a Park Board member will begin drawing cards, Once your card is drawn you select your pavilion and your party date, pay your deposit and go home to plan your party.

Pavilions:

The Lower Pavilion is near the water, has electricity, a wind curtain and 7 large picnic tables. There are 2 serving tables as well. This pavilion holds about 50 guests. Cost is $175.00 on the weekend/holiday with a $100.00 deposit.

The Upper Pavilion is at the top of the Stairs and is the OG. This pavilion is enclosed with sides that raise for air movement. There is a large steel tank to use as a cooler. There is electricity, 11 large picnic tables, ceiling fans and 2 tables for serving. The pavilion holds 100+. The cost is $300.00 for a weekend/holiday with a $150.00 deposit.

The VFW pavilion is the newest of the pavilions and is on top of the park near the field. The pavilion is open air and has electricity. There are 12 picnic tables and we have serving tables for your use if needed. The pavilion holds 100+ guests. The cost is $300.00 for a weekend/holiday with a $150.00 deposit.
