Notice is hereby given that the Town of Troy has adopted the following Ordinances and Resolutions at a the regular monthly meeting of the Town Board meeting held on November 13, 2025. Full text of these Ordinances and Resolutions may be obtained from the Clerk’s office located at N8870 Briggs Street, East Troy WI, 53120, or by clicking on the link to corresponding resolution below. 

Ordinance No. 2025-02 – An Ordinance to Create Rules and Regulations for the Management and Operation of the Troy Center Sanitary District #1.

Ordinance No. 2025-04 – An Ordinance to Repeal And Replace Ordinance 2009-2 and to Establish The Town of Troy Planning Commission.

Resolution No. 2025-08 – A Resolution to Appoint the Clerk/Treasurer of the Town of Troy to a Three-Year Term.  

This notice is posted in accordance with Wis. Stats. 60.80(5) and 67.01(6), on the town’s website and at town hall.
