Lottery will be held on Wednesday, February 19th at 6:30 PM at Town of Troy, Town Hall.

All three pavilions will be included in the lottery. Pavilion rentals can be made for any dates between May 1st and October 31st. After the lottery pavilion rentals can be made on a first come, first served basis.
The Upper and VFW pavilions each hold 100+ guests. Deposit fee is $150 total rental is $300. These pavilions receive 50 wristbands. Additional wristbands are $2.00 each.
The Lower pavilion holds 50 guests. A deposit of $100 is required, total rental is $175. This pavilion receives 25 wristbands. Additional wristbands are $2.00 each.
- Residents/Businesses in the Town of Troy, Town of East Troy and Village of East Troy are eligible to reserve any of the 3 pavilions.
- Applicants wishing to reserve a pavilion must be present or send a representative. Only one representative per event, per pavilion is allowed.
- The drawing will start promptly at 6:30 pm doors open at 6:00pm. A deposit fee will be collected, as written in the lottery instructions, when your lottery card is drawn.
- Property owners are responsible for their guests’ actions at all times. All Park rules apply! Pavilion hours are 9am to 9pm.
