Notice is hereby given that the Town of Troy has adopted the following Resolutions at a Special Meeting of the Town Electors and a Special Town Board meeting held on November 7, 2023. Full text of these resolutions may be obtained from the Clerk’s office located at N8870 Briggs Street, East Troy WI, 53120,  or by clicking on the link to corresponding resolution below. 

Resolution 2023-04  – A RESOLUTION OF TOWN ELECTORS TO ADOPT TOTAL TOWN TAX LEVY AT A SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF TOWN ELECTORS

Resolution 2023-05  – A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2024 SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR GARBAGE AND RECYCLING COLLECTION IN THE TOWN OF TROY.

Resolution 2023-06  – A RESOLUTION TO ALLOCATE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) FUNDS IN THE TOWN OF TROY FOR THE RADIOCOM P25 RADIO SYSTEM UPGRADE AS PRESCRIBED BY WALWORTH COUNTY.

Resolution 2023-07  – A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE TOWN OF TROY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2024
