Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2024 budget, which begins at 7:00 p.m. at the Troy Town Hall, a Special Town Meeting of the Electors called pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the Town Board for the following purposes will be held:
- To adopt the 2023 town tax levy to be paid in 2024 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF TROY, WALWORTH COUNTY
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, immediately following completion of the PUBLIC HEARING on the proposed 2024 budget at the Troy Town Hall, a Special Town Meeting of the Electors called pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the Town Board for the following purpose will be held:
- To adopt the 2023 town tax levy of $870,213 to be paid in 2024 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN OF TROY BOARD
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, immediately following completion of the Special Town Meeting of the Electors at the Town of Troy Town Hall, a Special Meeting of the Town of Troy Board will be called.
Agenda:
- Call meeting to order.
- Roll call followed by Open Meeting Law compliance check.
- Approve Resolution 2023-05, A Resolution Approving the 2024 Special Assessment for Garbage and Recycling Collection in the Town of Troy
- Approve Resolution 2023-06, A Resolution to Allocate American Rescue Plan Act (Arpa) Funds in the Town of Troy for the Radiocom P25 Radio System Upgrade as Prescribed by Walworth County.
- Adopt the final 2024 budget and approve Resolution 2023-07, a Resolution Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Operation of the Government and Administration of the Town of Troy for the Fiscal Year 2024.
- Adjourn.
