GUIDELINES FOR OPENING OF PUBLIC BUILDINGS
1. EVERYONE MUST LOG IN SIGNATURE AND TEMPERATURE
ONCE THERMOMETER IS RECEIVED – ALL PERSONS WILL BE CHECKED
100deg OR HIGHER MAY NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING
2. IF SICK STAY AT HOME!
3. STAFF/PUBLIC -MASK – FACE COVERING IS PERSONAL PREFERENCE – NOT MANDATORY
4. HAND SANITIZERS TO BE AT ALL STATIONS
5. COVER COUGHS AND SNEEZES
6. 6 FOOT DISTANCE IS MANDATORY AT ALL TIMES
7. DISINFECTING OFFICES EVERY TWO HOURS WHEN IN USE
8. ALL ENTRANCES SANITIZE AFTER EVERY USE
9. NO LINGERING OF CROWDS
10. OFFICE STAFF WILL STAY BEHIND SLIDING GLASS WINDOW
IF ONE NEEDS TO LEAVE TO HELP THE PUBLIC THE STAFF AND PUBLIC MUST WEAR A FACE MASK AND SANITIZE HANDS, ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES SANITIZE OFTEN ( USE BEST JUDGEMENT WITH FACE MASKS )
11. BUBBLERS TO BE SHUTOFF AND BLOCKED
12. ALL MEETINGS OR GATHERINGS MUST COMPLY TO THE SIX FOOT MANDATORY RULE IN MEETING ROOMS
13. AT TIMES TELECONFERENCE OR VIDEO CONFERENCE MEETINGS WILL TAKE PLACE. ALL MEETING LAWS WILL BE FOLLOWED. ANY QUESTIONS THE TOWN CLERK WILL ADVISE AND HELP SET UP.
14. LARGE GROUPS WHICH CAN NOT ACCOMMODATE SIX FOOT RULE MUST FIND A LARGER ROOM OR POSTPONE MEETING (IF IN DOUBT – ASK THE CHAIRMAN)
15. NO PREPARING OF FOOD IN TOWN HALL OR FIREHOUSE
INDIVIDUAL MEALS ALLOWED BUT NEVER SHARED
16. ANY PERSON NOT FOLLOWING THESE GUIDELINES WILL BE BANNED FROM THE BUILDING
17. FIRE DEPARTMENT AND FIRST RESPONDERS WILL FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES AND ALL POLICIES SET BY THE FIRE CHIEF AND APPROVED BY CHAIRMAN
