Dear Residents,

Please be advised that roadway maintenance work consisting of chip sealing will be conducted on Nicky Court, Cody Lane, Hilltop Drive, and Sunset Drive on or about the week of Monday, May 18, 2026, weather permitting.

Chip sealing is a preventative maintenance process designed to extend the life of the roadway surface. During this work, a layer of liquid asphalt will be applied followed by a covering of aggregate stone.

Residents are asked to observe the following during the project period:

• Please avoid on-street parking during working hours.
• Limit travel on the roadway whenever possible until the surface has fully set.
• Drive slowly and cautiously through the work area to reduce loose stone displacement.
• Expect temporary delays and minor inconveniences during the operation.

Loose aggregate may remain on the roadway for a short period following application. Sweeping operations will occur after the surface has cured.
