Notice: Adoption of Resolutions No. 2026-05, No. 2026-06, No. 2026-07, & No. 2026-08

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Troy has adopted the following Resolution at a Special Meeting of the Electors and the Town Board meeting held on October 15, 2026. Full text of the Resolutions may be obtained from the Clerk’s office located at N8870 Briggs Street, East Troy WI, 53120, or by clicking on the link to corresponding resolution below. 

Resolution No. 2026-05 - Town Elector Resolution Endorsing the Town Board’s Resolution to Exceed the Levy Limit.

Resolution No. 2026-06 - A Resolution of Town Electors to Adopt Total Town Tax Levy at a Special Town Meeting of Town Electors.

Resolution No. 2026-07 - A Resolution Approving the 2027 Special Assessment for Garbage and Recycling Collection in the Town of Troy.

Resolution No. 2026-08 - A Resolution Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Operation of the Government and Administration of the Town of Troy for the Fiscal Year 2027.

This notice is posted in accordance with Wis. Stats. 60.80(5) and 67.01(6), on the town’s website and at town hall.
